JONA DANCE is a project-led Dance Company based in London, providing dance services across the industry, connecting a diverse network of creatives in the classical and contemporary fields. As a movement based organisation, we work with people in multiple different forms across the industry, to ensure that dance, and contemporary dance in particular, is accessible to as many people as possible.

A two-hour contemporary workshop led by Artistic Director Monique Jonas. Contemporary class is inspired by Cunningham Technique, infused with groove and connecting to rhythm through music and flow.
